This week @ PoWash Youth will consist of our mid-week programs (including Small Groups for 7th-12th grade and Club 56 for 5th & 6th grade) and our High School Winter Retreat this weekend. Be sure to check below for details on each of these events and if there is any way that we can help your child get plugged in, please feel free to call or text me anytime at 850-461-4213.
Also, please remember that this Wednesday is the final day of our "Penny Wars" between our Small Groups. Each group is collecting money (coins, cash, or checks) which will go toward the church's upcoming building project that will provide the youth with more space for greater ministry. The Small Group that collects the most will get to plan a Wednesday for their group to do whatever they would like to do (pizza party, game night, out for ice cream, etc.). If you would like to help in this effort, please send your donation with your child tomorrow or you can hand deliver it to me and I will make sure it is credited to your child's Small Group collection. Any amount helps!

HIGH SCHOOL WINTER RETREAT---Friday, February 15-Sunday, February 17---If your child is signed up for this weekend's High School Winter Retreat to Orlando, please make sure that they are at the church on Friday at 7:00am. Also, please have them turn in their forms at youth group on Wednesday and make sure that they abide by the bag policy as they pack. Currently we do have one open spot for a female. If you have a daughter who would like to join us, please let me know ASAP. It is going to be a great weekend of fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth. We will meet at the church on Friday at 7:00am and return on Sunday at 9:00pm. Cost is $199.
SUNDAY SCHOOL---Sunday, February 17---10:00a-11:00a---for 5th-12th grade---Every Sunday morning between the 2 worship services we have 2 Sunday School groups (one for middle school and one for high school) that meet for a time of fellowship and spiritual growth. The high school group is reading and discussing the book "Life is ____." by Judah Smith and the middle school group recently began a new book called "Lose Your Cool" by Zach Hunter. The new year is a great time for your child to jump into a Sunday School group. Also, there are several great adult Sunday School groups that meet at the same time, which you could join while your child is with us (including a brand new group that recently started lead by Ramsey & Brantlee Lawrence).
NO KOINONIA THIS WEEK---Due to the High School Winter Retreat we will not have Koinonia (Youth Fellowship) after church this Sunday.
